Apartment Complex "Perlite"

A residential complex in the new part of the town of Sozopol, situated within 50m from the Harmanite Beach.

 

Four separate residential buildings are situated on the total area of 2000 sq.m., and each of them has three floors with six apartments on each of them. Each of the apartments has a view to the sea.

 

On the first floor there are only one-bedroom apartments, and on the second and third floor there are two-bedroom apartments.

 

 The apartments offered are fully furnished:

- terracotta on the floor 

- the walls are plastered and painted in Latex paint, 

- PVC windows with thick pane, Salamander with Roto lining,

- furnished kitchens without appliances,

- entrance and interior doors Horrman.

- air-conditioned rooms

- fully completed rest rooms with ceramics, boilers and taps

 

The yard has a fence of its own, it is planted with decorative trees and shrubs and it is grassed too. An individual parking place for each apartment is included in the price as well as shares from the land that the complex is built on.

There is also a swimming pool for the apartment owners.

 

The complex is completed and has a right of use from 06.06.2007

Location

Sozopol

 

In the furthest southern part of the Bourgas Bay, at a distance of 34 km from Bourgas is situated the most ancient Bulgarian Black Sea town- Sozopol. It lies on a picturesque rocky peninsula and is one of the most romantic and beautiful Bulgarian seaside resorts. 

It has population of about 5000 people.

 

Today Sozopol combines the ancient and the modern times, and its architecture successfully joins the old town to the new one. Its splendid beauty and artistic atmosphere attract many tourists from all over the world. A lot of hotels offer comfort ability and coziness, and the plenty of restaurants, clubs and places of amusement will give you energy and high spirits.

 

The beach strip is wide and covered with aureate sands, tourists can rent lounges and sunshades and children can enjoy a water slide. 

In the end of August each year Sozopol hosts the Apoloniq International Art Festival - one of the greatest culture events in Bulgaria. 

The tourist capacity of the region is roughly about 16 000 people.
