Apartment Complex "Casablanca"

BELGRAVIA Limited Liability Company presents its new project for the construction of a residential complex in The Sunny Beach resort.

 

The company owns the area where the complex will be built and invests in the construction itself. The functionality of the apartments we offer is the perfect opportunity for a holiday home near the biggest and most popular Bulgarian seaside resort. The complex is situated on the south face of the mountain, protected from the cold winter winds, and the harmony of the sea and mountainous climate creates the unique bioclimatic feature of the region. The place is known for its healing properties of lung diseases. 

 

The apartments in the complex are a reasonable option for a real estate investment. 

 

Casablanca complex is situated west of Sunny Beach, within 1500-1600m from the beach, 800-1000m from the center of the resort, on 300-350m altitude on the slopes of the mountain with a lovely view to the bay and the ancient town of Nessebar.

 

The permission procedures are being finalized at the moment and the building is to be started in 3 quarter  2011. The completion of the building is planned for the end of the second half of 2013.

 

The project includes a residential building consisting of a ground floor, two residential and two floors under the roof with 88 apartments – studios as well as one- and two-bedroom apartments. 

Location

 

Sunny Beach is the biggest international resort on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. It is situated on a beautiful bay 30km north of Bourgas, 92km south of Varna, at the foot of Stara Planina Mountain. 

The beach is 7-8 km long and it has delicate, golden sand and natural sand dunes. The numerous restaurants, taverns, clubs, cabarets, casinos and discos offer a huge variety of temptations from international cuisines and entertainment all day long. One of the biggest aqua parks on the coast is open during the summer season. 

 

There are also lots of opportunities for a wide range of sports – tennis courts, water skiing, windsurfing, water jets, parachuting and horse riding. The new and modern yacht port of St Vlas and the yacht port of Nessebar offer yachts for rent or a romantic voyage.  

The ancient and romantic town of Nessebar, a museum town protected by UNESCO, is a place for a trip in the ancient Bulgarian history. 

 

The airport, which is 20 km from the resort, the port and the train station in Bourgas as well as the regular bus service to places all over the country make the travel in the country or to a destination in Europe as easy and convenient as possible.

Architectural design

The Apartments are offered completed “to the key”, which includes: 

 

- walls and ceilings plastered and painted in Latex paint;

- floors – laminate and terracotta;

- fully completed rest rooms with boilers and accessories; 

- a modern ventilation system and air-conditioning of the premises; 

-cable TV, door bell and phone installations; 

- power panels in the apartments, switches, sockets and lamps;

- water installation with polypropylene pipes and individual water-meter for each apartment;

 

The shared parts of the building – fully completed according to the project, heat isolated, including the roof and lifts in the building;

 

 In the building the following facilities will be available – a reception desk, a café, a solarium and an open bar.

 

The following facilities meant for a pleasant vacation and entertainment will also be available in the complex – 4 swimming pools, the main one of which will have a water cascade, a kids pool, a pool with a Jacuzzi and a mini swimming pool by the bar.

 

The complex has a fence and the access is controlled 24 hours a day, it has alleys, parking places and lawns.

 

 A service maintenance is planned for the indoor shared parts of the building, as well as cleaning and maintenance of the lawns and the outdoor places.

 

          Rent-a-car is planned as well as services from travel agencies, a dry cleaner’s and laundry and an option for apartment cleaning orders.

 

          It is possible to order furniture and appliances from a catalogue so that the apartments are completely suitable to live in.
